Your appointments are very important to us. We recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please call us at (718)445-2225 for Text (929)322-7441 Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 50% of each.


Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, late arrivals may only receive the remaining appointment time as a courtesy to the other scheduled guests.

GIFT certificates

Spa gift cards are available at our shop and can be purchased at the front desk. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards expire after 1 year. All sales are final.


Unopened products can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 7 days of purchase. Products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Series of Treatments: 
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. However, we will happily exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.


Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happiness. Gratuity is not included in the price of service. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 20% of the full service price of the service provided.
