APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. We ask that you please schedule an appointment at least 2 weeks of advance since spots get filled quickly.
We do not accept Walk-ins.
We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or any change.

Please arrive 5 min. prior to your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, late arrivals may only receive the remaining appointment time as a courtesy to the other scheduled guests.
Parking is either street parking or meter parking. Also, there is a municipal parking available one block away. Skincare treatment takes about 2 hours.
Our gift cards are available at our shop online system or can be purchased at the front desk. Gift cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are non-refundable and not replaceable. All gift cards expire 6 months of your purchase.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Products that are sold online are non-refundable. Products that have been opened or used can not be exchanged or refunded.
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any skincare treatment series that are purchased. However we will happily exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.
Our staff members work hard to help you achieve a higher state of happiness. Gratuities are not included in the price of service. We highly appreciate 15-20 % of the full service price of the service provided.
