APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us. We ask that you schedule an appointment at least 2 weeks of advance since spots get filled quickly.

We do not accept Walk-ins.

In order to confirm your appointment, we require a credit card information on file. In the event that you cancel within 24 hours or no show on the day of your appointment, there will be $50 charge for cancellation fee.

We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or any change.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5 min prior to your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, late arrivals may only receive the remaining appointment time as a courtesy to the other scheduled guests. 

Parking is either street parking or meter parking. Also, there is a municipal parking available one block away. Skincare treatment takes about 2 hours.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Our gift cards are available at our shop online system or can be purchased at the front desk. Gift cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are non-refundable and not replaceable. All gift cards expire 6 months of your purchase.

PRODUCT REFUND AND EXCHANGE

All of our products that are sold online or purchased at our spa will not accept any opened products for return or exchange.

We will only accept unopened product for a full refund or exchange within 1 week of purchase 

GRATUITY

Our staff members work hard to help you achieve a higher state of happiness. Gratuities are not included in the price of service. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed,  envelops are available at the reception desk.  18-20 % of the total full service price is an industry standard.

Skincare treatment & pkg

All skincare packages and individual skincare treatments are non-refundable or exchangeable once the service has been rendered. 

Any x5 PKG is valid up to 8 months, x12 PKG is valid up to 18 months, x15 PKG is valid up to 24 months. After assigned expiration, it will no longer available. 

Treatment outcomes

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for all treatments,  client’s skin may react differently to all types of facial treatments, due to different skin types, skin color, skin conditions or even lifestyle activities. Therefore, individual results are not guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with the results of a treatment does not qualify for a refund. However, we encourage you to schedule follow up appointment so our team can assess your concerns and recommend appropriate solutions

payment method

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due at the time of your service. We accept cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.
